SOME ADVICE FROM CREW, BEFORE EMBARK
• Avoid taking light color bathing suit if you plan to swim in the Hot Springs
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during swimming
• Follow the safety instructions given by the crew
BOOKING PROCEDURE
- Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
- In order to secure your booking, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking (non-refundable unless as outlined below)
- The balance is to be paid during embarkation
INCLUDED AT THE FEES
Complimentary: Transportation: from/to your hotel you stay, Snorkeling Equipment, Fishing Equipment, information about the island, Safety Equipment
Delicious barbecue lunch or dinner with seafood: Enjoy local dishes onboard, Vegetarian meal available upon request. (The menu varies according to selected cruise)
Beverages: open bar with water, local wine, beers, most sort of soft drinks & champagne (optional)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that the cruise and/or schedule may be subject to alteration at the Captain’s discretion due to adverse weather conditions/technical reasons, so as to ensure the safety of our passengers. In this instance, passengers have the following options:
- Receive a full refund (if the cruise has been canceled by company’s decision) via the payment method with which the booking was made (within 3 working days)
- Choose the cruise on a different date, subject to availability
- In the event of re-scheduling a cruise for technical reasons, we will advise you of the reason & revised destination/timetable in as much advance as possible for you. That way, you have the option to either participate in the next available cruise of your choice or to receive a full refund

Although our catamarans can sail safely in any weather conditions inside the water area of the island, sometimes we might cancel if our captains decide that passengers might not feel contented. In that case you get full refund
